In our team of seven heads – three in consulting and four in the atelier – we work with calmness, understanding, and a decent portion of heartblood in the business tower in Vallendar. Aufgaben

This is your part

• Creative Guidelines set: You don't just design, you develop visual answers that stand the test of time.
• Digital & Social Presence: You translate brand messages into modern content and know exactly how to set visual accents on social media.
• Atelier-Dynamik: Together with your three colleagues in the creative team, you give our agency's output an unmistakable profile.
• Think holistically: From the first sketch to the final design, you accompany projects sovereignly through the entire process.

Qualifikation

This is what you bring with:

• Adobe Expertise: The Adobe Creative Suite is your extended arm – you master InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator sovereignly and efficiently.
• Social Media Mindset: You have a sense for trends and the visual language of digital channels.
• Handwerkliche Souveränität: You have experience as an Art Director and a sense for design that doesn't just work today, but also tomorrow.
• Ehrliche Neugier: You want to really understand the challenges of our clients, rather than just superficially „beautifying“ them.
• Character: You're not looking for an anonymous job, but a team where you can rely on each other.
