Art Director / Creative Director (m/w/d) - Projektbasiert

We are CIRCL.
We develop visual campaigns and productions for brands that need a holding – not just beautiful pictures. For upcoming customer and own projects, we are looking for experienced Art Directors / Creative Directors who are conceptually strong, visually lead, and want to take responsibility.

Tasks

You develop robust visual ideas with substance.
You think narratives, image worlds, and campaigns so far out that they are presentable, strategically founded, and realistically producible.

Depending on the project:

• You lead the creative main idea
• or develop it closely with strategy and production
• You accompany the implementation at the set and ensure that the visual idea is consistently implemented
• You work in post-production and give creative feedback to secure quality and stringency until the final output

Moodboards are not an endpoint for you, but a tool in the process.

Qualification

You fit us if:

• You bring several years of experience as an Art Director or Creative Director
• Your portfolio shows a clear stance – not just stylistic variety
• You can convincingly present, defend, and further develop concepts
• You know production realities and can estimate what ideas mean in terms of time and budget
• You work both in the team and take creative responsibility
