Housekeeper (Tribe BH)

Job Description:

Perform cleaning, organization and arrangement of apartments and other areas, in accordance with quality references and characteristics of the brand's operation. Ensure well-being and safety for clients and other colleagues. Put the client at the 'heart' of everything that is done, in order to offer him a unique and unforgettable experience, in compliance with Accor Services Culture.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and organize apartments and common areas, following safety and POP standards.

• Use EPIs and cleaning materials correctly.

• Organize carts with necessary items for work.

• Verify the functioning of room equipment and call maintenance when necessary.

• Forward lost items to governance, according to procedure.

• Share guest preferences to personalize services.

• Represent brand values and participate in service culture actions.

• FOLLOW sustainable practices regarding water, energy and product use.

• Perform other tasks as needed for the area or hotel (including Combo/Tri Combo hotels).
