Housekeeper (Male/Female) - Room Attendant (Ibis BH Savassi)

Job Description Objective: Perform cleaning, arrangement, and organization of apartments and other areas, in accordance with quality references and brand characteristics. Ensure the well-being and safety of clients and other colleagues. Put the client at the heart of everything done, in order to offer them a unique and unforgettable experience, in line with Accor Services Culture. Responsibilities and duties: Clean and arrange apartments and common areas, taking into account the specific needs of each client. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all areas, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas. Perform tasks with attention to detail and quality, always prioritizing the client's satisfaction. Ensure the proper functioning of all equipment and facilities, and report any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor. Collaborate with other colleagues to achieve the objectives of the department. Ensure the confidentiality and discretion of all information and tasks entrusted to them. Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor, in accordance with the needs of the department and the hotel.
