HOUSEKEEPER (MALE/FEMALE)

Job Description:

• Clean up apartments during and after guest stay, performing cleaning of all their dependencies, changing linens and replenishing necessary materials (amenities).
• Organize the cleaning cart, conditioning all materials, equipment, utensils, and other objects necessary for apartment arrangement and cleaning (linens, cleaning products, amenities, vacuum cleaner, broom etc.).
• Conduct a checklist of maintenance items, refrigerator, and stationery, as well as inform the superior about any irregularities and replacement needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and arrangement of all vacant apartments.
• Take care of corridor and elevator hall cleaning.
• Conduct a checklist and replace refrigerator items when necessary.
• Identify objects left/ forgotten in apartments and deliver them to the immediate superior.
• Collect guests' laundry to be sent to external laundry service.
• Keep the services floor clean and organized.
• Condition used linens in appropriate bags for delivery to laundry, as well as inform any damages/damage to linen to the immediate superior.
• Record general information about apartment occupancy (number of guests per apartment/occupancy status, arrangement etc.), following established procedures.
• Apply 'Self-Control' processes and procedures for the area;
• Take care of equipment and materials under your responsibility.
• Take care of the floor key, following established criteria and procedures.
• Execute other correlated tasks according to the area's needs.
