Housekeeper

Presentation of the job: To perform cleaning, hygiene and arrangement of hotel apartments ensuring quality and presentation standards providing impeccable and welcoming environments for guests. Responsibilities and activities: Clean and organize rooms and suites according to established hotel standards, including changing bed linens, bathroom hygiene and replenishing personal hygiene items; Inspect apartments before guest arrival, ensuring cleanliness and order; Ensure all areas are tidy and organized, paying attention to details such as dusting, polishing and cleaning of fixtures and fittings; Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery; Maintain confidentiality regarding hotel operations and guests' information. Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, ability to lift 25 kg, availability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
