Housekeeper/Housekeeping Manager

As a member of the governance team, the housekeeper will be responsible for providing a sophisticated service, ensuring guest satisfaction according to property, brand, and certifier standards.

Brief descriptive activities:

• Attend daily meetings with the Governance department;
• Clean and arrange apartments before arrival, during stay, and after departure of guests;
• Replace linens, open beds, and replenish necessary materials according to hotel procedures, ensuring daily standards are maintained;
• Organize the cleaning cart with all necessary materials, equipment, utensils, and other objects required for apartment arrangement and cleaning;
• Attend to guest requests according to hotel standards;
• Control bathroom and face towels, sheets, blankets, etc. products;
• Collect guests' laundry, issuing controls as per department standard;
• Care for the cleanliness and conservation of apartment furniture;
• Care for the conservation and maintenance of department equipment and materials, respecting correct use of cleaning products;
• Inspect all furniture to check for tears or stains and inform supervisor;
• Use correct diluted cleaning products for designated surfaces, along with mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for executing activities;
• Forward lost or forgotten objects by guests to governance for proper found and lost procedure;
• Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures;
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all rooms;
• Perform other tasks requested by your superior.
