Perform the service of cleaning and maintaining rooms, ensuring compliance with Belmond and Hotel Belmond Copacabana Palace standards, guaranteeing guest satisfaction and exceeding expectations, providing a unique, memorable experience, and living Belmond values in all attitudes.

• Clean and tidy up rooms, suites, corridors, and windows, following Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) and Belmond Copacabana Palace standards.
• Provide quality services and teamwork, satisfying guest expectations and company requirements.
• Care for guests' belongings inside apartments and suites and immediately report to Supervision when there are valuable objects outside the safe.
• When cleaning a vacant room, observe forgotten objects, immediately report to Supervision for return to guests. If immediate return is not possible, register in the Lost and Found department.
• Check the functioning of all appliances and lamps in the room and identify the need for maintenance services to be performed during cleaning, immediately reporting to Floor Supervisor and/or Governance Assistant.
• Respect 'Do Not Disturb' signs and report to Governance when verified, always leaving a note under the door stating that you were in the room but unable to perform the service due to the sign.
• Maintain the linen closet clean and organized.
• Pick up dirty laundry from apartments and take it to the Laundry.
• Bring back clean laundry from the Laundry to the Room Cupboards.
• Pick up trash from the car and take it to the dumpster.
• Observed guest preferences and arrange their belongings with care, not damaging any products.

Requirements

• Ensino Médio completo.
