- Assist with car / hotel doors and guest luggage
- Exercise care and responsibility when parking guest vehicles. Follow procedures set out in manual.
- Ensure arrivals report with VIP’s highlighted on the valet desk
- Effective communication to the porter and reception team on guests arrivals.
- Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including driveway, front entrance, car park & lobby.
- Co-ordinate guest transportation to and from airport where required.
- Valet parking guest vehicles with assistance of porter team.
- All guest property in storage, long or short term, duly documented and cared for.
- Assist porter/concierge if needed
