Position Join our team as Technical Furniture Arranger/Furniture Arranger, Mondo Convenienza is looking for you! Are you passionate about furniture, with good organizational skills and experience in design? We have the perfect opportunity for you! Who are we looking for? We are looking for a Technical Furniture Arranger/Furniture Arranger to join our team at the Trezzano Sul Naviglio (MI) store. You will be responsible for setting up environments following company standards, restoring the concept through your manual skills and creativity, with the goal of making the product more attractive. You must also prepare ad-hoc reports according to company guidelines and participate in new openings, workshops, restyling, and training webinars. What will be your main activities? - Realize, within the store, the settings created by the Visual department, following company standards, based on projects provided. In particular, you will take a look at the ambientation grids received, proceed with any measurements, and program the realization of the same, organizing the previous phases; - Interface with the Visual department to resolve preventive problems and logistics; - Request quotes from artisans, monitor costs, and insert them into the system, supervising the craftsmen in all realizable phases. Proceed with any decorative material orders; - Prepare mounting schemes for decorations; - Supervise material discharges and manage logistics related to them, according to company procedures; - Coordinate various activities, in line with store needs and respecting deadlines set by headquarters, during all phases leading to the realization of scenery. Prepare ad-hoc reports according to company requests; - Ensure continuous updating of reports on material stock, manage and optimize orders in accordance with the area coordinator; - Redact photographic reports or files in the required format; - Take care of the inventory of non-saleable merchandise present in the store; - Occasionally perform pre-design and realization activities for new scenery and/or product insertion. Do you have the following characteristics? - Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture/IED; - Consolidated skills in design and settings; - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in retail; - Organizational and managerial skills, predisposition to teamwork, excellent communication/social skills. What do we offer? A collaboration contract with VAT number with a compensation of 2150 Euro gross.
