• Ensure the design, deployment, and continuous operation of network infrastructure on AWS.

• Automate the deployment, management, and scalability of cloud services to ensure stable operations in multicloud environments.

• Possess solid knowledge in routing protocols, especially:
  • BGP
  • OSPF
  • Geneve Encapsulation

• Promote the adoption of new technologies and tools, recommend capacity improvements, and support lab/QA deployments for proof of concepts.
• Participate in all stages of requirements gathering, prioritization, design, development, testing, and execution of requests related to network engineering and security.
• Build strong relationships across different areas of the organization, working effectively with IT and business teams to align network security technologies with corporate needs.
• Act with vendors and service providers to identify and select products and services that best support the organization's global network strategy.
• Mentor other team members and lead by example, encouraging the adoption of standards defined by technical leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Solid experience in Network Security, Architecture, Design, and Network Engineering.
• Fluent English
• Experience in recommending, designing, implementing, and maintaining modern hardware and software solutions for networks and application delivery.
• Experience in networking and infrastructure in large organizations (minimum of 5,000 employees).
• Experience with virtual network environments, data centers, corporate networks (campus), security technologies like firewalls, proxies, and VPNs, as well as application delivery functions like load balancing and CDN.
• Adaptability, focus on decision-making, and support for management initiatives.
• Consultative profile for strategic decisions, with a strong focus on design and solution delivery.
• Hands-on experience in designing and deploying large-scale network security technologies for infrastructure, applications, and users.
• Previous experience with multi-vendor network technologies.
• Proficiency in network architecture, network security, and network monitoring.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge in dynamic routing protocols, such as:
  • OSPF
  • BGP
  • MP-BGP
  • VXLAN
  • EVPN
• Experience working in engineering teams during major technological transformations.
• Experience in complex network environments that include legacy systems.

Differentiators

• Current or previous advanced certifications in networking or security, such as:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Experience in automation using Ansible and/or Python.
