Junior Architect

Job Description

The Junior Architect position at Arca Arquitetos involves participation in all stages of architectural project development, working collaboratively with the team. On a daily basis, the professional will support the elaboration of studies and preliminary designs, develop executive projects, technical drawings and details, monitor suppliers, carry out budgeting, reconcile complementary projects, and assist in preparing descriptive memorials and client presentations. They will also collaborate in site supervision by conducting technical visits and documenting service progress as guided by the coordination team. This is a full-time position with in-person work in Belo Horizonte, MG.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Architecture or Architecture and Urbanism, with a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 4 years of experience.
• Required to have knowledge of technical drawing and modeling tools such as Sketchup, AutoCAD, ARCHICAD (mandatory), and visual presentation software.
• Basic experience in project management and organization, including planning, deadline monitoring, and interdisciplinary integration, is desirable.
• Communication skills, teamwork, and attention to detail are fundamental, as is an interest in learning and developing a career in project design.
• Previous experience in architecture firms, knowledge of Brazilian technical standards, and the ability to read complementary projects will be considered a diferencial.
