As Cloud DevOps Architect you:

• You will be responsible for cloud infrastructure, ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient environments for 350 digital services;
• You will have as main challenges:
  • Design and implement multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP) using Infrastructure as Code;
  • Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity; Implement FinOps practices for cloud cost optimization;
  • Establish security and compliance strategies; Manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS/AKS/GKE) in production;
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps/SRE practices;
• You will work with a significant cloud budget and technical autonomy for architecture decisions.

To take on this challenge you need to have experience with:

• Higher education in Computer Engineering or related fields;
• 8+ years of experience in cloud engineering;
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferably);
• Kubernetes in production (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting);
• DevOps and SRE practices (CI/CD, observability, incident management);
• Automation and scripting (Python, Bash, or similar);
• Digital security in cloud and compliance.

It would be great if you also had::

• Cloud Professional/Specialty certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Administrator Expert, GCP Professional Cloud Architect);
• Experience with multi-cloud (2+ providers);
• Masters or Doctorate;
• Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD);
• Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux);
• Knowledge in FinOps practices;
• Experience in government projects or public sector;
• Service mesh and advanced observability (Istio, Prometheus, Grafana);
• Open-source contributions related to cloud/DevOps.

Obs.: The job is remote for candidates outside the metropolitan regions of RJ and SP. For residents in the metropolitan regions of RJ and SP, the model is hybrid (1 day a week on-site).
