CONTRACT MODEL: Cooperative or PJ WORK MODE: Hybrid 3x LOCATION: Pinhais - PR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Definition of Technological Blueprint: Establish and maintain the reference architecture for the company's SaaS software (the company's main stack is Java), ensuring that they share excellence and efficiency standards. Evolution from Monoliths to Microservices/Modular: Lead the strategy for modernizing applications, aiming at decoupling and scalability. Governance and Standardization: Ensure compliance with industry best practices and internal standards, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Collaboration and Communication: Foster open communication and collaboration among teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure); knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes); understanding of DevOps practices and tools. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
