Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specializing in engineering, consulting, and technical assistance in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is seeking to hire 20 Technical Architects to provide support in technical assistance for architecture, infrastructure, and construction site supervision in various provinces. Functions and Tasks

• Collaboration in drafting specifications related to environmental protection and sustainability as determined, as well as participation in the preparation of technical documentation required for public works and services procurement processes.
• Collaboration in drafting technical documentation related to new construction, renovation, adaptation, and maintenance projects.
• Conducting technical studies, reports, and inspections in the areas of building, urban planning, installations, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
• Assistance in the technical and administrative management of infrastructure projects within the scope of the Spanish Army.
• Support in monitoring activities included in programs funded by European and/or national funds.
• Technical control of the maintenance of assigned facilities.

Specific Requirements

The fulfillment of requirements and/or merits must be justified by taking assessment tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. Education

Degree

• Possession of a degree in Technical Architecture (MECES Level 2) or a Degree in Building Engineering or Degree in Building or Degree in Technical Architecture that qualifies for the profession (MECES Level 2) (degree recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).

Previous Experience

• At least 1 year of work experience as a technical architect
• At least 6 months of work experience in drafting building projects and/or technical supervision of building construction sites

Other Essential Requirements

• Valid driver's license category B (valid in Spain)
• Computer skills at a basic or higher level in CAD Software (will be assessed in technical evaluation)
• Computer skills at a basic or higher level in Word (will be assessed in technical evaluation)
• Computer skills at a basic or higher level in measuring work items and preparing budgets (Presto or similar) (will be assessed in technical evaluation)
• Computer skills at a basic or higher level in Excel (will be assessed in technical evaluation)

Other Meritorious Factors

• At least 6 months of work experience in drafting renovation or refurbishment projects for properties
• At least 6 months of accredited work experience in preparing energy efficiency certificates (will be assessed in technical evaluation)
• At least 6 months of accredited work experience in calculating installations (will be assessed in technical evaluation)
• At least 6 months of work experience in drafting specifications for public works, projects and/or site management
• At least 6 months of work experience in renovation and/or refurbishment construction works for properties
• Proficiency in BIM methodology (will be assessed in technical evaluation)

Observations

• We offer:
• Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of 9 months in total, if applicable.
• Full-time employment of 7.5 hours, from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

As at least 12 positions remain unfilled, the deadline has been extended from 08/13/2026 to 08/25/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular time). Depending on service needs, the contract duration will be determined based on the final start date and the projected project duration. These positions will be offered based on the overall score of the selection process, following the criteria established in these bases: fulfillment of requirements, evaluation of merits, and assessment phase, as well as the possibility of formalizing a temporary contract until the project completion, from the hiring proposal. For the offering of positions, a list will be created, ordering the candidacies according to the total score obtained in the process (sum of merits and assessment phase). In case of a tie, with equal scores, in order to comply with Norma RRH.09 for the Promotion of the incorporation of people with disabilities in Grupo Tragsa, under equal conditions, candidates with a recognized and accredited disability of 33% or more will be prioritized, provided that the disability is compatible with the proper performance of the role, with the formalization, whenever possible, of a contract type consistent with such situation. In case of a tie or failure to prove disability, with equal scores, after a prior draw to determine the order of preference, the letter "W" will be the letter of the alphabet from which the list that will mark the order of preference will begin, according to the “First Surname” of the applicants. In case of a tie in the first surname, the tie will be resolved by attending to the “Second Surname”. With the individuals who successfully complete all phases of the process, a list will be formed, ordered based on the total score obtained.
