Role Description


At Timeless Brands, we are looking for a creative, technically capable, and aesthetically sensitive Interior Design Architect to join the team responsible for designing the spaces that bring our licensed restaurants, stores, and experiences to life.


This position is key to ensuring that each of our projects has an impactful, functional interior design that is true to the narrative universe of the brands we represent. You will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, licensees, and graphic design teams to translate concepts into immersive and operationally viable spaces.


The main objective of the role is to lead the conceptualization, design, and executive development of thematic spaces, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, adherence to budget, and an execution that exceeds the expectations of visitors and business partners.


Responsibilities


  • Conceptual design of thematic spaces, aligned with the storytelling of global brands.
  • Prepare executive plans, renders, and mood boards for internal presentation and for licensees.
  • Supervise construction processes, from planning to final installation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, architects, engineers, and creatives to ensure execution faithful to the original project.
  • Optimize layout and materials, ensuring operational functionality and user experience.


Qualifications


  • Degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design for retail, restaurants, or commercial spaces. Non-residential.
  • Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Illustrator, and rendering software.
  • Demonstrable portfolio of completed projects.
  • Ability to interpret brand/license manuals and translate them into physical experiences.
  • Creative thinking with a high sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and under pressure.


Location: Remote, with availability to travel.
