An important company in the financial sector in Mexico, with a solid track record and in full international expansion, is looking to incorporate a Software Architect with strategic vision and a passion for technological innovation to lead the evolution of our software development practices and drive the adoption of artificial intelligence.

What will be your mission?

You will be responsible for defining, governing, and evolving the Artificial Intelligence-driven Software Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC), establishing best practices in architecture, quality, automation, and continuous delivery for the entire organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define, govern, and evolve the organization's AI-DLC (AI-assisted Software Development Lifecycle), forming and leading the AI Center of Excellence (AI-CoE).
• Design and implement frameworks, standards, playbooks, and best practices for Artificial Intelligence-assisted software development.
• Establish controls and quality gates at each stage of the development lifecycle to ensure high quality standards.
• Define policies for reviewing and validating AI-generated code (security, quality, maintainability).
• Maintain living documentation: standards, guides, reference examples, and updated technical decisions.
• Define and maintain standardized, secure, and automated CI/CD pipelines for all projects.
• Define deployment strategies (Blue/Green, Canary Releases, Feature Flags) and recovery procedures (Rollback).
• Align the AI-DLC with the business's strategic processes and priorities and with Product Management.

Requirements:

• Systems Engineering, Information Technology degree, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• More than 6 years of experience in software development, solution architecture, and cloud platforms.
• Experience in CI/CD, DevOps, APIs, Microservices, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Kiro, Cursor, or similar.
• Solid knowledge in cloud solution architecture and microservices (preferably AWS).
• Desirable to have AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect – Professional, DevOps Engineer – Professional, or Solutions Architect – Associate.
• Communication and teamwork skills.
• Intermediate English.

Additional Benefits and Perks:

• Monthly Salary of: $50,000 to $53,000 Mexican pesos per month before taxes.
