Opening: Architect for Estimations, Control, and Construction Management
We are seeking an Architect to join our team and participate in the administration and execution of construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Development and tracking of construction estimations.
- Control of costs, physical and financial progress.
- Construction management and administration.
- Preparation of progress reports.
- Coordination with contractors, suppliers, and supervisors.
- Review of budgets and construction volumes.
- Tracking of the construction schedule and adherence to deadlines.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
- Experience in estimations and construction control.
- Knowledge of construction processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD.
- Organization, attention to detail, and follow-up ability.
- Ease of working in a team and problem-solving skills.
