Purchasing and Logistics Architect

Objective of the position: Support in searching, quoting, organizing, and tracking materials, furniture, finishes, lighting, accessories, suppliers, and logistics services required for national and international projects, ensuring clear, updated, and organized information for the design team, operations, and administration. Main responsibilities: Search and propose brands, suppliers, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories. Request, compare, and provide quotes for materials, finishes, and equipment. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Verify the quality and quantity of received materials. Analyze and resolve any issues related to logistics, transportation, and storage. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards. Provide support to the design team in selecting materials, finishes, and equipment that meet project requirements. Collaborate with operations and administration teams to ensure smooth project execution. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, service providers, and other stakeholders. Monitor and control costs related to purchasing, logistics, and storage. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Provide recommendations for improving the purchasing and logistics processes.
