Job Description We are looking for Arithmetic Private Tutors to work with students in St. John's. As an Arithmetic Private Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in need of extra support. Your main tasks will be to: • Provide personalized tutoring sessions to students in St. John's • Develop and implement customized lesson plans to meet the needs of each student • Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and promote learning • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance • Communicate with parents and students about student progress and any concerns that may arise. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field • 1+ year of experience teaching Arithmetic to students of all ages • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to work with students in St. John's and potentially other locations • Ability to commit to a minimum of 5 hours of tutoring per week.
