Job Description We are looking for a private tutor to provide arithmetic lessons to students. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in arithmetic and be able to teach students of all ages and skill levels. The tutor will be responsible for creating a personalized lesson plan for each student, providing individualized instruction and feedback, and tracking student progress. The tutor will also be expected to maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be patient and understanding, and have a strong commitment to teaching and learning. The tutor will be required to commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing the number of hours as the student's needs change. The tutor will also be required to participate in ongoing professional development and training to ensure the highest level of teaching and learning.
