Senior Interior Architect – Design & Build

We are looking for a Senior Interior Architect who will take on a key role in developing and coordinating projects Design & Build, both in the area of residential design and office premium. The position requires not only project responsibility, but also coordination with junior architects.

Your Role

• Developing interior design concepts aligned to brief, budget, and execution
• Creating 2D/3D presentations for clients
  (AutoCAD , SketchUp si Ms Excel are mandatory)
• Preparing complete technical documents for furniture production and custom elements
  (AutoCAD – 2D plans, execution details)
• Coordinating the internal team of junior architects (organization, verification, guidance)
• Coordinating relationships with clients, suppliers, and execution teams
• Tracking budgets, operation lists, and deadlines
  (MS Excel)
• Making site visits to verify the quality of execution and respect for the project

Ideal Profile

• A graduate of an Architecture / Interior Architecture / Product Design faculty
• Minimum 3 years of real experience  in implemented interior design projects
• Confirmed experience in collaboration with custom furniture producers / fit-out companies
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills
• Solid aesthetic sense, technical thinking, attention to detail
• Organizational capacity, mature communication with clients and team
