Architect

We are looking for a talented and creative architect to join our team within our innovative company. If you have a passion for architectural design and vision to transform spaces into functional and aesthetic places, then this position might be suitable for you.

Responsibilities:

• 
  - Preparation of project documentation for all phases: SF, DALI, DTAC, DTOE, DTAD, and PT + DE;
  - Representing the company in relation with authorities and/or beneficiaries;
  - Capacity to coordinate technical solutions related to various disciplines within the project;
  - Elaboration of a Fire Safety Scenario together with other specialized designers and the project verifier/expert technician.
• - Realization of measurements and surveys;

Requirements:

• - Graduate of the Faculty of Architecture;
  - Architect with at least 2 years of experience in design;
  - Advanced level of knowledge and skills in working with programs: AutoCAD, Archicad, Microsoft Office;
  - Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented person;
  - Knowledge of the relevant legislation;
  - Knowledge in using programs: Photoshop, Lumion, Artlantis, represents an advantage.
