Job Offer: Human Relations Agent

Location: Forestville

Full-time (35 hours/week) in quarter-day shifts with a six-month renewable mandate

Start date: As soon as possible

End date: October 1, 2025

Per diem: $50 per worked day

Mileage and accommodation expenses covered.

We are looking for human relations agents with recent and relevant experience to join our medical team.

Your main mission will be:

• Evaluate the psychosocial needs of users in mental health
• Develop, apply, and ensure the follow-up of individualized intervention plans
• Offer psychological support to individuals, families, or groups
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team (psychologists, doctors, social workers, etc.)
• Contribute to the prevention, stabilization, and social reintegration of users

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, psychoeducation, or a related field
• Member in good standing with your professional order (OPPQ, OTSTCFQ, etc.)
• Experience in mental health intervention or aid (asset)
• Ability to adapt, listen, and work as a team
• Autonomy and initiative
