Area Sales Officer

Job Title: Area Sales Officer (ASO) Industry: Automotive/Spare-parts/Paints/Consumer Durables/Tyre/Lubricants/Battery/Oil/ Location: Karnataka - based out of Bangalore (Candidates from Karnataka preferred only) Qualification: BBA & MBA in Marketing Sales from a reputed college Experience: Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Secondary Sales and Distribution Management Key Responsibilities: Achieve assigned sales targets within the allocated territory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and expand the customer base. Identify and capitalize on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to drive sales growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance and other key metrics. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity. Provide input on market research and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions. Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
