Your Tasks:

• You will advise and counsel customers in the B2B segment
• You will acquire new customers
• You will develop sales strategies, action proposals, and marketing plans
• You will conduct market and competitive analyses
• You will develop customer retention concepts
• You will be responsible for planning and implementing presentations, events, meetings etc.
• You will represent our company at congresses and trade fair events, also internationally
• You will create opinion polls, evaluate them, and optimize business efficiency
• You will work on measures to achieve targets while considering normative guidelines
• You will cooperate with other departments and specialist staff, as well as take over tasks in the reporting area and maintain data records

Your Profile:

• You have successfully completed a vocational training program in business administration or technology with sales experience
• Ideal candidates have already worked in the animal feed industry
• You are an outgoing and confident personality with persuasion skills
• Your work style is structured, customer-oriented, and goal-oriented
• You show ambition, career and innovation are important to you
• Excellent German and very good English language skills in writing and speaking, paired with enthusiasm, self-motivation, team spirit, and a portion of flexibility make your application interesting
