Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Meril Endo-Surgery Campania Reports to: Country Manager Role Overview This dynamic role offers the opportunity to lead and grow Meril's Endo-Surgery business, in Campania region to help patients benefit from innovative reconstructive therapies that significantly improve their quality of life. The purpose of the Area Sales Manager (ASM) role is to guide Meril strategy into the region, to improve the go to market model and support distributors to promote and sell Meril products. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy for the Campania region, in line with Meril's global business objectives; • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, customers, and internal teams; • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, and driving growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations; • Providing market insights and competitive analysis to inform product development and marketing initiatives; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans, promotions, and events; • Analyzing sales data and market trends to optimize sales performance and improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have: • A strong track record of success in a similar role, preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry; • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Fluency in Italian language (spoken and written); • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
