AREA SALES MANAGER MEDICAL

Sarcini

- represents the company in relation to doctors and pharmacists in the allocated area;

- coordinates the detailed activity of Medical Representatives from subordinates (program and quality of travel and visits, verification of knowledge, respect for work instructions, regulations, procedures, and standards set by the company);

- realizes double visits for evaluating and increasing team performance;

- ensures presence on site in proportion to approximately 80% of working time;

- participates in budget preparation for promotional activity;

- develops and implements promotion strategy in the responsible region;

- sets and monitors monthly and quarterly KPIs;

- organizes and supports presentations in the allocated area;

- participates in conferences and congresses;

- initiates, maintains, and updates database with medical units, pharmacies, and specialties in the area.

Cerințețee

- relevant experience in medical promotion in a similar position (advantage specialties: gastroenterology, gynecology, family medicine, neurology, ophthalmology, and pediatrics);

- represents an advantage close collaboration with KOL;

- higher education completed (advantage specialty: pharmacy, medicine, etc.);

- advanced knowledge of operating PC (Excel/Outlook/Powerpoint/Word);

- category B driving permit;

- availability for frequent travel with overnight stays;

- communicativeness, adaptability, and seriousness;

- orientation towards achieving qualitative and value-oriented objectives;

- organization and planning.
