AREA SALES MANAGER

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager – North-West area – who will contribute to the increase of sales volume within the branches in the assigned counties and the implementation of Inter Cars policies on the market.

We would be pleased to have you join our team and, to have a good starting point, it is important that you have:

• relevant experience in selling car parts, minimum 3 years;
• knowledge regarding the evolution of the automotive market;
• the ability to understand a business in all its aspects and to position yourself as a partner in relation to the branches;
• driving license and availability for travel in the assigned area;
• PC operating skills (Excel, internet browsing), knowledge of ERP operation is an advantage.

As a person, we are looking for someone capable of communicating effectively and convincingly, results-oriented and capable of keeping partners focused on achieving objectives.

The objective of the ASM's activity is to increase the sales revenue in the assigned area, through actions related to:

• proposing and implementing sales growth solutions, in order to achieve the established targets;
• ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards in relation to branches and end customers;
• assisting branches in resolving various issues related to customer relations or, in general, to carrying out activities in optimal conditions (logistics aspects, staff training, implementation of development projects, debt collection, etc.);
• monitoring sales and conducting customer visits, alongside the sales team, with the aim of product promotion or resolving various situations that arise;
• providing training for colleagues in the branches, for the software implemented within the company;
• coordinating and supervising periodic inventories, together with the branch manager.
