Area Sales Manager

DIAL SA, one of the largest manufacturers in Romania of metal products (metal panels, woven mesh, rolled sheet), is looking for an Area Sales Manager to represent the company in its relationship with distributors and medium/large clients in southern part of the country.

Ideal Candidate:

• Has solid experience (minimum 5 years) in selling construction materials;
• Lives in southern part of the country (Bucharest, Ilfov, Prahova, Arges, Dambovita, Giurgiu, Teleorman, Dolj etc.);
• Availability for frequent travel;
• A person dynamical, proactive and result-oriented;
• Excellent negotiation, communication and influence skills;
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize;
• Perseverance, responsibility and positive attitude;
• Knowledge of technical aspects about metal products and the construction market;
• Driving license category B and basic knowledge of operating a PC.
• Middle or higher education completed.

• You will manage and develop the portfolio of clients in the allocated area;
• You will negotiate and conclude commercial contracts;
• You will identify new sales opportunities and propose personalized solutions;
• You will promote Dial SA products on the market;
• You will track income and maintain stable business relationships.
• You will respect commercial and financial policies of the company.
• Monitoring the market and collecting information about competitors and trends in the construction materials domain;
