Area Sales Manager Banat (location Timișoara)

The candidate profile and job description we are looking for are as follows:

Candidate Profile:

Higher education

Advanced digital skills – MS Office (Excel, Word), Windows, Outlook

Sales knowledge, good organizer, attention to details

Daily activity planning and result-oriented capacity

Clients' orientation, flexibility, and initiative

Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical product sales

Driving license category B, availability for travel to multiple counties (Banat region)

Job Description:

Responsible for achieving the plan allocated to the area, increasing sales on beneficiaries and their number;

Responsible for managing relationships with all beneficiaries in the respective area;

Suggest solutions for optimizing activity;

Keep updated information about the market and competition;

Monitor and stimulate income and delivery on the zone;

Pursue timely resolution of withdrawals from the market;

Prepare and send reports (observation sheets) about the activity of sales agents;

Organize the team's activity in subordination (recruitment, training, allocation of responsibilities, performance evaluation etc.);

Organize periodic zone meetings and propose their theme;

Collaborate with the local and central warehouse for the smooth execution of activities;

Solve and report customer complaints.
