Role

• has solid experience in B2B sales (ideal in the supplements, pharmaceuticals, natural products or FMCG sectors)
• holds a driving license category B and availability for regular travel
• has excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• is results-oriented and able to develop lasting commercial networks
• has knowledge of market analysis and strategic planning

Main responsibilities

• Developing and managing the portfolio of clients (pharmacies, natural product stores, clinics, distributors)
• Coordinating and motivating a team of sales agents in the allocated area
• Preparing and implementing regional commercial plans
• Negotiating and concluding commercial contracts
• Monitoring KPIs and reporting directly to the commercial director
• Identifying growth opportunities and consolidating the Aronia Charlottenburg brand
