We’re Hiring – Area Managers (LAP Business) Location: NCR CTC: Up to 12 LPA Openings: B-LAP – 1 Position Prime LAP – 2 Positions Role: Area Manager You will be responsible for driving Loan Against Property (LAP) business, managing a high-performing sales team, achieving disbursement targets, and ensuring growth in the assigned region. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow the LAP portfolio (Business LAP / Prime LAP). Drive business through DSAs, connectors, and direct sourcing channels. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including DSAs, connectors, and other business partners. Develop and execute strategies to increase LAP disbursements, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall LAP business. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Key Skills: Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
