Area Manager Süd (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

You are the leader:in of our local teams and a key component of our operational success:

• Leadership and Motivation of Teams: You lead and coach local teams in up to 10 studios in southern Germany (currently Stuttgart, Nürnberg, 3x München) and are a central part of our operational success.
• Quality Control and Process Management: You ensure that our quality standards are met.
• : You are the link between the operational studios and the Central Office and ensure a seamless information flow as well as the implementation of strategic guidelines.
• Employee Satisfaction and Development: You are the point of contact for our therapists and reception staff, take care of their satisfaction, and promote their further development.
• Personnel and Scheduling Planning: You plan and monitor personnel resources to ensure efficient and employee-friendly deployment planning.
• Customer Service and Complaint Management: You support in handling complex customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service in all studios.
• Sales and Member Retention: You train the teams in selling membership packages and help build long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

Experience and Education:

• A completed degree in business administration or a comparable degree (bachelor's degree sufficient)
• First professional experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, Sales Manager, or Operations Manager, ideally at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in a startup environment and/or in the hospitality industry is advantageous but not necessarily required.

• Outstanding leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent organizational and coordinating skills.
• A passion for excellence in customer and employee experience.
• Very good communication and interpersonal/empathetic skills.

Competencies:

• Sovereign handling of challenging situations, with a focus on solution-oriented action.
• Fluent German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
• A willingness to travel regularly to visit the locations assigned to you - regular presence at the locations is self-evident for you.
