Job description

Orenes Grupo, a leader in the leisure and entertainment sector, is selecting an "Area Manager" for its Gaming Rooms Division in Madrid and nationwide.

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the gaming rooms in your assigned geographical area. Your main mission will be to meet the approved budget, ensure compliance with the company's gaming regulations and management procedures, and maximize the profitability and optimal operation of the rooms in the assigned territory. You will report directly to the Territorial Director of the area.

Your main functions will include, but are not limited to:

- Meeting the objectives set by management, ensuring compliance with schedules, regulations, documentation, and access controls to guarantee compliance with regulations and the company's responsible gaming principles.

- Continuously reviewing costs, revenues, and optimization of the machine park to meet the area's EBITDA budget, BDI budget, and BAI budget.

- Coordinating and having qualified personnel in each business unit, supervising and supporting their training to ensure efficient customer service.

- Supervising facilities and machine parks, ensuring their maintenance or making modifications according to user preferences, with the aim of maximizing profitability in each business unit.

What are we looking for?

- Previous experience in managing business centers (Hospitality, Mass Retail, Restaurants, Franchises,....)
- Ability to achieve and exceed established objectives.
- Leadership, motivation, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Results orientation and analytical skills for analyzing financial and performance data.
- National geographic mobility is preferred.
