Job description
NEXTJOB Employment Agency, seeks Area Manager for a prominent men's clothing brand. Main responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze retail KPIs, ensuring the achievement of commercial and quality objectives; - Support, accompany, and train Store Managers to consolidate the brand culture and operational excellence; - Provide constant feedback and reports to the retail direction; - Manage and develop stores in the assigned area; Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in similar roles in the men's clothing sector. - Managerial and commercial skills, with a focus on operations, sales, and financial management. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. - Availability to move between different assigned stores.
