Tasks

• Visionary Leader: Take overall responsibility for all stores and shape an unforgettable shopping experience with the store teams.
• Team Developer: Foster and form high-performance teams that live the values of the company.
• Trendsetter: Plan and realize innovative sales actions and events that excite our regular customers as well as new ones and turn them into fans.
• Analytical Strategist: Use sales figures and customer feedback to always be one step ahead and improve the results in your region.

Qualification

• Mode Enthusiast: A training or degree in the field of fashion/trade and a sense for current trends.
• Experienced Leader: Several years in retail, where you have inspired and led teams and spurred them on to achieve their best.
• Customer Champion: A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to exceed them.
• Digital Native: Familiarity with modern IT systems and a willingness to learn new things.
• Communication Pro: You can convince, inspire and convey clear messages.
