The company focuses on enhancing life quality, social connections, and environmental respect through its products. Job Description: We are looking for an Area Manager for the North Italy area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the stores in the area, ensuring sales growth and the highest levels of customer satisfaction, in line with the brand's image and values. The Area Manager will work in close collaboration with the Retail Manager and the store teams, providing leadership and guidance to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise the stores in the assigned area, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to company standards. * Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and develop strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. * Ensure the implementation of marketing initiatives and promotional activities in stores. * Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. * Manage and motivate store teams, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development. * Ensure excellent customer service, resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Conduct regular store visits to assess visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and compliance with company guidelines. * Collaborate with the Retail Manager to define and implement area-specific strategies. * Manage the budget for the assigned area, monitoring costs and ensuring profitability. * Recruit, train, and develop store staff, ensuring the availability of qualified personnel. Requirements: * Proven experience as Area Manager or in a similar role within the retail sector, preferably in the food or confectionery industry. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales and profit targets. * Ability to analyze data and identify trends. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Knowledge of retail operations and visual merchandising. * Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Availability to travel within the assigned area. * Fluency in Italian and a good knowledge of English.
