Area Manager - New South Wales

We are looking for an Area Manager for our Concept and Concession stores across New South Wales who connects with our vision and joins the conversation by launching our legacy, communicating our message and creating an elevated customer and team experience.

THE ROLE:

• Multi-site management
• Driving sales culture throughout our Concept and Concession teams
• Managing sales, wages and shrinkage targets for their Area.
• Effectively leading, managing and developing multiple sites and teams
• Implementing and maintaining our high customer service standards across all sites
• Implementing and maintaining our Visual Merchandising Guidelines across all sites
• Analysing and managing stock levels in all sites to maximise sales
• Effectively preparing and analysing rosters that are costed to achieve targets
• Manage all aspects of retail operations within their Area

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous experience managing multiple sites with a fashion apparel retailer is essential.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• A passion for Visual Merchandising.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated and self-driven.

To be considered for this Sydney based position, you are required to hold a current Driver’s License and have a reliable vehicle for travel.
