Job description

Responsibilities
- You will take over the operational management in your Area with the service centers in Stuttgart, Böblingen & Leinfelden-Echterdingen, taking into account the Carglass® key figures.
- Your focus will be on leading and developing your employees in the service centers, and you will actively participate in the recruiting and onboarding of your teams.
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all Carglass® standards in the technical and administrative areas at your locations.
- You will act as the interface and point of contact for the specialist departments at headquarters.
- You will further develop processes and procedures in your Area.
- To strengthen the proximity to our core tasks and the understanding of your employees, you will support the operational day-to-day business 1x per week (e.g., Glass Medic).
Profile
- You have completed vocational training in a trade or commercial field and have at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position with leadership or coaching responsibility, as well as practical operational knowledge.
