We make a difference - with genuine dedication. To this end, we are looking for an Area Manager (m/w/d) for Leipzig & Weißenfels to join our team. As an Area Manager (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the overall management of our service centers in Leipzig and Weißenfels. This includes: • Overseeing the daily operations of the service centers, including the coordination of repairs, maintenance, and customer service; • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction; • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders; • Managing a team of technicians, advisors, and administrative staff; • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the automotive industry; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
