Area Manager – Mobile Lending South Auckland Leading our South Auckland region Permanent, Full-time position Based in South Auckland This is a high-impact leadership role, where you’ll lead a team of Mobile Lending Managers to deliver exceptional customer outcomes while growing our home lending and small business portfolio. Reporting to the National Manager Mobile Lending, you’ll be accountable for driving acquisition, building a strong market presence, and developing a high-performing, community-focused team that delivers results. You will also work closely with other area managers and national teams to drive strategic initiatives and share best practices. Key responsibilities include: • Leading a team of Mobile Lending Managers to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer outcomes • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics to grow the home lending and small business portfolio • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and drive growth • Collaborating with other area managers and national teams to drive strategic initiatives and share best practices.
