Area Manager (M/F)

The Area Manager (M/F) will be responsible for: - Research and development of new Dealers through active research on the territory of competence (Veneto and Lombardy); - Training and consulting to the Sales Team of partner Dealers; - Activation of trade marketing initiatives (events, store branding...); - Preparation of sales activity reports, data analysis, and identification of improvement actions to increase sales performance. The ideal Area Manager (M/F) possesses: - Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree; - Previous experience of at least 3/5 years in similar roles; - Previous experience in the NLT market or with consulting logic in indirect channels; - Excellent negotiation skills; - Propensity for team working.
