LHH For a dynamic and continuously evolving client company operating in the fashion sector at Florence, we are currently looking for an Area Manager for the Wholesale channel across Italy. Responsibilities The figure, which will report to the DC, will be responsible for the following activities: - Management and development of the wholesale customer portfolio, including Key Clients, assigned area; - Identification of new business opportunities; - Monitoring of sales performance and analysis of KPIs; - Coordination with the DC on strategic planning and implementation; - Development of relationships with key stakeholders; - Analysis of market trends and competitor activity; - Definition of strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability. Requirements The ideal candidate will have: - A degree in Business Administration or related field; - At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; - Strong knowledge of the fashion industry and wholesale channel; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
