Area Manager Italia Junior

Important Italian ceramic company recognized at international level is looking for an: AREA MANAGER FOR THE ITALIAN MARKET. Reporting to the Commercial Director Italy, the role involves the following responsibilities: - Define commercial development strategies for assigned areas; - Visit weekly in support of agents the retailers operating in assigned zones; - Create a network with architects/studies of architecture (responsible for projects). Objectives of the Area Manager Italia Junior include: - Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives; - Building strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders; - Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities; - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or related field, 2-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of the Italian market and culture.
