Area Manager GDO Centro Italia - Frozen Channel

After recent prestigious acquisitions of Gelati Pepino we want to consolidate and strengthen our leadership in the frozen channel within GDO.

For our commercial division, we are looking for a: Area Manager GDO Centro Italia– Frozen Channel

💯The Role and Area of Competence

In your capacity as Area Manager, you will be the point of reference for developing the frozen business in the regions of Emilia-Romagna, Toscana, Marche, and Lazio.

You will be responsible for:

* Channel GDO Development: Preside over, negotiate, and consolidate commercial relationships with main Cedi and decision-makers within GDO, focusing vertically on Coop, Conad, and Selex.

* Territory Coordination: Guide, monitor, and implement the network of multi-mandate agents active in your area of competence.

* P&L Management: Strategically manage the financial statement (P&L) of your area, optimizing promotional investments and ensuring revenue and margin targets.

📨 What We Are Looking For

* Expertise in Frozen GDO: In-depth knowledge of commercial dynamics in the frozen/surrogate products market within the Large Distribution Organization.

* Consolidated Network: Introduction and existing relationships with buyers and category managers at Coop, Conad, and Selex in target regions (Emilia-Romagna, Toscana, Marche, Lazio).

* Indirect Networks Management: Proven experience in guiding and motivating sales networks composed of multi-mandate agents.

* Financial Skills: Ability to manage and analyze the financial statement of your area, commercial agreements, and promotional plans.

* Attitude: Strong results-oriented approach, complex negotiation skills, and strategic approach.
