Area Manager

We are looking for an Area Manager to lead a portfolio of six care homes across Auckland, partnering closely with Care Home Managers to shape culture, lift performance and ensure every resident experience reflects the organisation's values. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll report directly to the CEO, giving you real influence, real accountability and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our residents' lives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
