AREA MANAGER

DIREZIONE LAVORO GROUP SPA (Aut.Min. 0001 del 21 /01/19), Filiale di Verona, is seeking an AREA MANAGER for the Lombardy region. The ideal candidate will have experience in team management, excellent organizational skills, and a strong orientation towards achieving company goals. Main responsibilities: Manage and supervise approximately 5 retail stores, ensuring compliance with company standards. Ensure the achievement of company targets in terms of revenue, productivity, inventory, stock breaks, personnel costs, and commercial standards. Select, train, and develop human resources within one's own area. Plan and organize work at retail stores to ensure operational efficiency. Manage merchandise reordering systems to optimize inventory and reduce waste. REQUIREMENTS - Previous experience in similar roles in the GDO sector. - Outstanding leadership, problem-solving, and personnel management skills. - Orientation towards results and ability to work towards objectives. - Excellent organizational skills and priority management. - Availability to move between retail stores assigned to one's area.
