As a personnel agency in the Medical & Healthcare sector, medcareer is seeking an engaged Area Leader (m/w/d) for a stationary care facility in Saarbrücken on behalf of a renowned provider. Your tasks: Responsible leadership and organization of an area
Planning, implementation, and evaluation of care processes
Leadership, guidance, and promotion of the care team
Drawing up and monitoring of schedules
Ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal requirements
Your qualifications: Completed training in geriatric care, health or nursing care
Further education in Area Leadership or willingness to pursue this
Multiple years of experience in care, ideally in a leadership position
Outstanding leadership and social skills
Structured work style and organizational talent
