Planning, implementation, and evaluation of care processes
Leadership, guidance, and promotion of the care team
Creation and monitoring of schedules
Safeguarding compliance with quality standards and legal requirements
Your qualifications: Completed training in gerontology, health, or nursing
Further education in Area Leadership or willingness to pursue it
Multiple years of experience in care, preferably in a leadership position
Outstanding leadership and social skills
Structured work style and organizational talent
